Since the first reports of the COVID-19/coronavirus outbreaks, we have closely monitored the situation and made difficult decisions based on the current day’s accurate information from the CDC, and state and local government advisories. Our goal has been to balance public safety with public service while remaining a community resource.
As the virus has now come to our county, the need for more stringent controls is more apparent than ever as we seek to slow the curve and not completely overburden our healthcare system. As of Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Grand Boulevard’s Town Center will temporarily close and remain closed until April 30, 2020. We feel this is the most responsible action we can take for our tenants, employees and customers. This will include all non-essential businesses and services. Essential businesses will include Publix Grocery & Pharmacy, The UPS Store, Emerald Coast Chiropractic and Wine World. These businesses have all been classified as essential by the government.
We understand there will remain a continued need for food resources and, therefore, several of our restaurants will stay open with modified hours for curbside delivery and delivery to the adjacent resort ONLY. This offering of service follows the current CDC and state mandated advisories. Our restaurants are taking every precaution possible for the safety of the food they are serving. For the list of open restaurants with modified hours, please check our website homepage here Grand Boulevard.
The three hotels located within Grand Boulevard will also temporarily close to all non-essential travelers. They will continue to work with our neighbors at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital to provide lodging for essential medical staff.
During this pause in business, we hope that you will continue to be safe, take precautions, check on loved ones safely and remember that we are a strong united community and will get through this together.
