Code of Conduct

GRAND BOULEVARD CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to Grand Boulevard. As private property, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming,
and enjoyable environment for all guests. To help maintain this atmosphere, we ask that you observe
the following Code of Conduct:

GENERAL RULES

  • Appropriate attire is required at all times, including shirts and shoes.
  • Ski masks, facecovering hoodies, or any masks that conceal identity are prohibited.
    Exceptions: Cultural or religious face coverings, medical/sanitary masks or coverings
    used for landscaping/maintenance professionals.
  • Inappropriate attire or clothing we deem unsuitable may result in removal from the property.
  • Swimwear and diaper only attire for babies/toddlers is not permitted.
  • Please show courtesy and respect toward all guests and staff. Fighting, obscene gestures,
    offensive language, ethnic slurs, or other disruptive behavior are prohibited.
  • Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 7:00 PM, and children
    must be supervised at all times.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the green space or within 25 feet of any building entrance.
  • Loitering is not allowed.
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited, including firearms (except those carried by certified
    law enforcement officers on duty), knives, or any object that could be used to cause harm.
  • Grand Boulevard staff are on site daily to maintain a safe environment and enforce this Code of
    Conduct. They have the authority to remove individuals who fail to comply.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Using green spaces or common areas for unauthorized events, including bands, amplified music,
    scavenger hunts, flash mobs, demonstrations, speeches, or the use of flags or banners for
    commercial purposes without prior written approval.
  • Commercial photography or videography without prior written permission from management.
    Selling, displaying, or attempting to sell goods or services without authorization.
    Solicitation of money, contributions, or donations unless preapproved by property
    management.
  • Unsafe or disruptive physical activities, including pickup sports (football, soccer, etc.), jumping
    on/off rocks or furniture, climbing trees or fences, throwing objects, or engaging in dangerous
    horseplay.
  • Distributing printed or recorded materials of any kind without approval.
    Any act deemed unsafe or that interferes with the operation of Grand Boulevard’s green spaces,
    common areas, or walkways.

PET CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Domestic pets are welcome but must remain leashed or in a stroller and accompanied by their
    owners at all times.
  • Uncontrolled or aggressive behavior must be addressed immediately; owners may be asked to
    remove the pet from the property.
  • Pets are only allowed on sidewalk areas or in North Park. (All other areas including Grand Park
    are prohibited.)
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • Owners are fully responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets.
  • Pets that create disturbances—such as excessive barking—or pose a potential risk may result in
    the owner being asked to leave, at the discretion of Grand Boulevard representatives.
  • Pets must comply with all local licensing and vaccination laws.
  • Pets are not permitted in water features, including fountains and the Splash Pad.
  • Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles at any time.
  • Activities involving pet sales, promotions, or pet related services are strictly prohibited.
  • Individual stores and restaurants may have their own pet policies; please check with each
    establishment.

COMPANY RIGHTS

  • Management reserves the right to require any person to leave the property at any time.
  • Management may close the green space, modify operating hours, or suspend/cancel events or
    programming at its discretion.
  • Grand Boulevard is not responsible for damage to vehicles or personal property brought onto
    the premises.
  • By entering the property, guests acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or
    recorded, and that these images or recordings may be used for any purpose without
    compensation.
